4" Lemon Balm and Peppermint Herb Bundles, helpful for clearing and energizing your environment. Hold one end of the bundle in your hand, and light one end of the bundle with a match or lighter. Allow to catch the flame, then blow it out. It will smolder and you can then fan the smoke around the room. Keep it over a fire safe surface (like a plate) while it's smoldering, so that burning bits don't fall off and cause trouble.

Always burn safely...don't leave burning bundles unattended, and store in a fire safe container.
