About The Nest

The Swallow's Nest is a mystical, metaphysical shop, located in Claremont, NH. We have an experienced, in-house psychic reader and herbalist, Katy Swallow, and a growing apothecary of dried herbs, in addition to other metaphysical gifts and supplies. We also offer in-person and online classes, throughout the year. Our specialty is animistic and ancestral magics.

The Swallow's Nest is a place for learning and growing, for connecting with ourselves, and with the great beyond. We are here to support the magical and spiritual growth of our community, and we are here to provide the tools for that growth. We are dedicated to the cultivation of healthy relationships between humans and spirit(s). We operate and teach from an animist perspective, with the intent of helping humans reconnect to the Earth-based traditions which have always been our birthright, as human beings.

Our goal is to provide a curated collection of quality, ethical products and services for metaphysical, spiritual, occult, magic, witchcraft, religious, and other related practices.

ABOUT OUR READER

Katy Swallow (she/her) first picked up a deck of oracle cards about 30 years ago, but took a long and winding road to becoming a professional reader. She is a clairvoyant, clairsentient, and claircognizant psychic medium, spiritworker, and folk magician. She has a particular gift for connecting us with our ancestors, and walking folks through the process of ancestral healing.

She is experienced in holding space for issues relating to trauma/intergenerational trauma, grief, addiction, and other difficult human experiences. In addition to her intuitive training and experience, Katy has also trained as a reiki master, end-of-life doula, and suicide prevention hotline counselor.

Katy also teaches and coaches other intuitives, in how to do intuitive work. She feels strongly that psychics are not special or gifted people, and that psychic abilities are human abilities, that everyone has the ability to develop them.

Katy's approach is very down-to-earth. Her spirituality is extremely grounded in the life/death cycles here on Earth, in which we are all participants, and finding healing within those cycles.

She offers in-person and online readings (ancestral or general readings), in-person and online reiki sessions (including grief support reiki), coaching sessions for intuitives (even if you're brand new at it!), and consultations regarding perplexing magical issues. Katy is also available for in-person and remote home clearings/blessings and exorcisms, and other types of mystical specialty work.
