In my last post I talked about pine, our ubiquitous protective friend, here in Claremont, and the magic that surrounds us here, everywhere.
Well, I put together a bunch of herb bundles for the shop (they're in the online shop now, too) and they're made from several different amazing plants that grow here, in Claremont, some from my garden, some from the wild.
The photo here features protection bundles, for burning, made of rosemary, celandine, phlox, and rue.
Also in the shop this week, we're featuring bundles for smoke cleansing, made from garlic mustard. Garlic mustard is a plant whose energy is associated with the planet Mars, big time. It's got big, potent, fierce energy and if you need to blast the mucky energy out of a place, this plant is your friend. Garlic mustard is actually also known for being an extremely invasive species, so this tracks with its energetic profile. However, how better to collaborate with an invasive, than by making best use of its invasive energy!
And finally, the third batch of bundles, this week, is something much gentler, but still very powerful: a bundle for supporting recovery from loss and grief. Loss is a normal part of life, and grief is a normal part of loss. White cedar, lemon balm, and pine, are all featured in this bundle, each one offering grounding and comfort in its own way.
More bundles coming, next week!
